Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time — for example, if you're in an active interview process and want to stop new applications. Cancellation is straightforward with no long-term commitment required.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a pro-rata refund if you cancel within the first 7 days and no applications have been submitted. After that, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

We take confidentiality extremely seriously. We never signal your availability publicly, we use LinkedIn's private 'Open to Work' setting, and we never apply to your current employer or its subsidiaries without your explicit instruction.
