1. Service description
AutoApply Pro provides a managed job application service. We submit job applications on your behalf to roles that match your specified criteria. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
2. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are as stated on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if no applications have been submitted. After this period, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your background and job search preferences. You must not instruct us to submit applications that misrepresent your qualifications or experience. You are responsible for attending any interviews arranged as a result of our service.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your details to your current employer or signal your availability without your explicit instruction.
6. Limitation of liability
AutoApply Pro is not liable for any employment decisions made by third-party employers, for the accuracy of job descriptions, or for any loss arising from your participation in a recruitment process. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current subscription period.
7. Intellectual property
CV content, cover letters, and other materials we create for you become your property upon delivery. Our platform, processes, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of AutoApply Pro.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
